    Identifying the European funding programme best-suited to the organisation. Helping prepare the funding application: advice, joint drafting and re-reading. Providing support throughout the application submission process, while liaising with European partners. Hosting a project launch meeting attended by all project partners.
    Provision of project assessment tools and interim review.

    PROFESSIONAL CRAFTWORK

    SCOPE OF INTERVENTION :
    Training members of the Ateliers d'Art de France organisation in presenting opportunities for European funding in the professional craftwork sector.
    Helping prepare a grant application under the "Leonardo Partnership" programme: joint- drafting of application alongside the project leader, liaising with European partners involved in the programme, etc.
    Scaling up the project over a two-year period: setting up meetings and seminars for partners in Spain and Italy, accompanying a group of French craftwork professionals on visits to both countries, and coordinating, hosting and assessing the seminars.
    Writing the interim and final project report in liaison with European partners.

    Capitalising on the experience already acquired by the CLAIE: advising the team and guiding it towards an ESF (European Social Fund) project concerning Participatory Governance at transnational level. Work on the added value of cooperating with Swedish partners in this field.     ORGANISING EUROPEAN SEMINARS
    EXAMPLE OF SEMINAR ATTENDED BY FIVE EU COUNTRIES, BORDEAUX

    Helping organise a series of meetings between representatives of the European cultural sector, from London, Brussels, Zagreb, and Cetona in Italy.

    The project involved working in close collaboration with cultural agency Iddac, the Gironde General Council, and non-profit organisations "N'a qu'un oiel" and "L'Atelier de Mécanique Générale Contemporaine".
    I was also asked to speak at a symposium on "Cultural rights and participative artistic projects – transnational coordination".
